drive it through the window at the dealership. tell them that your foot slipped and collect your ins money. try to hit the guy who sold it to you in the process

threatening is bad. it has to be an "accident"

if you have gap insurance on it, do what my buddy did. take it to the boat launch and sink it in the river. tell them the throttle stuck and you had to avoid people

fraudulent insurance claims will eventually be discovered as they investigate, if you plan an accident, be certain to premediate completely right down to the throttle sticking when heading into the river. or brake not stopping.. however since you've had it over two months, and the dealers has the policy that as soon as its off the lot its your problem, you may just be screwed.

and be very careful not to adjust your insurance or inquire about it right before you would attempt to do this. that is a surefire way to get a first class ride to the pen.

Many states have "lemon laws"... dont know how successful that might be, I've never had to try to use it. But I think they work off the dollar value applied against certain kind and number of repairs made over a short period of time.

well after talking to the owner of the dealership and making him aware of all the trouble im having he assures me thell get to the bottom of this. so i got a call the other day and there going to take it again and bring it to a trany shop and then to dodge not sure why dodge ive printed out posts from this site about the idling issues and they stillwont replace the tps they think theres more. and since i got the truck back from getting the heads done the tranny is constantly shifting up and down and its banging into gears not sure why but they tell me thell get it this time. the thing that kills me is that the truck does not act up at all when i bring it to them. so i got the idle issue on my didgital camera it has a video mode i used. but i cant show them the tranny shifting but lets see what come of this its an awesome looking truck and i really dont want to get rid of it i just want it fixed but i cant keep giving up my truck. oh and its hilariouse to see the stuff that you guys come up with driving it up his a$$ or off a boat launch lol but ive thought of also. so your not crazy alone
