they dont have torsion bars.. sorry bub.. no cranking will be taking place..

is this a 4X4 or a 4X2?

there are some options for lifts.. but you need to clearly state what type of dodge ram you have so we can help you!

welcome to DF btw.

they dont, its a spring suspension, go ahead and look underneath one day and just look at everything and try to figure out how it works and check it out, i always enjoy looking at the complexity of the equipment underneath the body that makes these sweet trucks run and operate, to lift the front you can get 2-3 inch spacers for the front coils if its a 4x4, i recommend 2" if ur only doing the front, that will level it and be plenty, 3" if u lift the back too. make sure its a 4x4 tho, if its not its prly not worth lifting at all.

4X2... not sure how many lifts are out there for a 2wheeler.. i think fabtech makes a pre -runner styling lift for the 2wheelers..

unless someone makes lifted nuckles...

maybe someine with a 2X can jump in and help out

ok there might be some leveling kits out there for 2wds but lifting a 2wd isnt practical and your gonna hear that a lot so get used to it, fabtech is the best for 2wd lifting, and they offer a 3" lift kit minimum for the 2wd and i think thats as small as u can go. i cant tell u how much they will cost as i used top gun customz for my lift and not fabtech.

Link to fabtech: http://fabtechmotorsports.com/
Link to topguncustomz: http://www.topguncustomz.com

if i could i would recommend topguncustomz because my experiance w/ them was amazing they were easy to work with and their site is extremely user friendly when looking for lifting equip for your ram.

good luck bro, and welcome to the dodge forum,
Joe
