nascarnut- No down time at all. Just ordertheTB size you want on his web site or call him directly. Wait until your Fastman TB arrives, install, and mail your old TB back to Dan. You get a core refund credited back to your credit card account as soon as Dan receives your old TB. You will love the performance difference and no down time at all, except for installation. Hope this helps.

you can go to his web site (thefastman.com)and order one or call him. You recieve the new TB then switch TB with old one (1hr maybe a little longer depends on you) then ship old one back to him.Go to web site i think he explains how it all works there(payment options and whatnot)

nascarnut- The price is what is listed on his web site plus the core charge. I'm not exactly sure what the TB price was when I purchased it, I believe220-230 plus 80 core charge, so all together around 300+. But the 80 was refunded right away. I would definitely recommend a Fastman TB and a programmer (Superchips) or a Mopar PCM. I can't comment on the Mopar PCM becausenone were made for 2001 Rams, but according to what I read from members who have the Mopar PCM, they are extremely happy with it and have stated that the Mopar PCM have greater performance gains than programmers such asSuperchips. All my current mods definitely compliment each other, and I am extremely happy with the performance from each mod. By the way, I do like the Superchips formaking the shifts a lot firmer compared to stock and the towing option it provides. I'm thinking of possibly getting a B&G Flash when I'm done modding my engine.

96 MP PCM will give
5.2 -26hp/27ftlbs,
5.9 -20hp/26ftlbs
Edit; those are both at the flywheel

I added a 52mm fastman with 1.7rr at the same time so I cant say if the tb or pcm added more. All 3 were excellant mods.
