i was in walmart in salem nh tonight and came across all there k&n filters in a pile all reduced. the filter for my 02 2500 5.9L in my local auto part store was $65 and i got it for $24 at wally world there are many others all different prices. also i post in second generation because my truck is more like second generation than 3rd but i realized it may be hard to get parts etc. because everyone assumes 02 its the new body style but as i looked through the k&n book to find the filter number for my truck i realized the filter was huge not even close to mine so i looked at the 01 2500 filters and they were right on.again i know this is 2nd gen. but any one else come across this problem or heard of any one else with this problem. would i be better off using 01 2500 are there that many differences? thanks for the help
