When I did my speakers crutchfield sent some plastic block off plates that go over the 6x9 hole, just cut out your 6.5 hole and mount your speaker to it,they had a spot for tweeters in the upper corners. ask them about it if you order them.
Ahh, I see.

What about buying the stereo its self, so they send along the little mounting things needed for it to fit?

Yes they sent me a trim plate and wireing harness for the head unit, and the plastic speaker mounting plates for free. It would be a good Idea to ask about them though I did my radio about 4 years ago. Things may have changed

Sounddomain.com>Crutchfield................soun ddomain matches prices......... usually their deck prices are almost the cheapest on the net, but you could price match the speakers and save alot of cash. I have had nothing but great experience with them.
