how do you remove the cup holder on a 2001 ram 2500 without breaking it?

 

you have to pull off the piece of dash that touches it on the top of the cupholder. i dont know what to call it but it goes around the heat vents and the radio and the instrument panel and all that. it just pulls off with a little pressure. once you get that off there are two more screws on the cupholder to take out.
