DayTime Running Lights

Hi All

I have a 01 Dodge Ram .Can anyone tell me how to change the Daytime Running Lights from the the headlights to the Fog lights.
Or is to involved with the wiring. I've seen it on a couple of pickups and it doesn't look bad.
