Default spring spacer

Im using spring spacers to level my truck. I put the between the springs in the coil. Is this the right place? is this what I should be doing to level it? Here is a pic of what I used.

The spacer needs to go on top of the coil.

I'm not as familiar with the front of 2wd's, but you will need to do something to get the coil spring out, or at least loose enought to fit the sapcer up over it. There is probably a few guys with 2wd's who have done this who can chime it. I've only done it on 4wd's, and their solid front axle setup is a little different then yourr front IFS type setup.

The spacer you have, Is it concaved or recessed on both sides or just the side seen in the photo?
I have had spacers like that in cars that go between the coils. It will be grooved on both the top and bottom. If one side is flat than it goes over or under the spring.

Or just follow the directions that should have come with it.......
