My rear axle has a big dana stamp on it just like the front, i noticed it while crawling around under there one day.

Look here and see if you can ID your axles. If you've got D70's ... you already have 1 tons.

I just had a tranny failure and its in the shop right now gettin fixedup ... but as soon as i get it back, ill get under there and post what i find.
