Default 1.7 Roller Rockers good for towing?

I'm thinking of purchasing some Harland Sharp non-adjustable 1.7 roller rockers. Does anybody know if this mod helps with towing. I pull a 5,000# travel trailer and looking for more low end torque. Any response would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

I think they help, escpecially since it gave me more power in the low to mid RPM range. That's where you need grunt for towing.

The 1.7 rockers have been described to me as akin to installing a mild cam on the engine. I didn't have the funds to install them when I did my rebuild on my 5.2L but have future plans to do so.

VWandDodge & Silver Dodge- Thanks for your comments. I'll order the 1.7's tomorrow and hopefully have them installed within 2 weeks. I can't wait to feelsomepower difference in the low and midRPM range with this mod.

VWandDodge- I hear you. Any mod that benefits the low end definitely helps our towing needs. How does your truck pull and how many lbs do you normally tow?
