Default Sport vs. Non Sport Tail Lights

I am looking to replace my passenger side tail light. Looking around online and I found the "non-sport" tail lights for short money. However, the "sport" tail lights are two or three times the price. What is really the difference considering the border is getting painted anyway to match my truck?

Yeah the sport really is no fun to buy aftermarket parts for.

Headlights are even worse, that and you are stuck with this one style. The price is alos way high.

I had to replace my pass side tailight on my truck last year and a new tailight from dodge was 76.00 .Since my ol man backed my truck into his school bus he damaged the rear 1/4 and i had to have that fixed and the lens had some scratches.I wasnt happy with the scratches so i replaced i with a new 1.look on ebay from time to time they pop up on there.
thanks
pat

p.s. i sold my scratched up taillight on ebay since there was no need of it laying around here.

I saw that one that you are referring to. However, have a look at this one. I do not understand what the real difference is. The only noticeable difference is the one you have a link to appears to be in primer black where this one appears to be grey like the non-sport ones are. It seems to me that since it will still need to be painted I can get the non sport one and paint to match?

There's no difference in the actual light, just color. I've ordered parts from the Headlight Warehouse, their prices are low and the quality is great!
