Default 97 dodge ram 1500

Hi, I have 97 ram put new transmission in it (well rebuilt), due to the old one not moving when in gear, now that the new one is in, believe it or not the new one is doing the same, goes thru all gears fine but just wont move, is it a tranny problem or something else we could check

The only way we got the truck to move (to be pushed) was to put the 4wd unit in nutreul, that way the back tires would move. The driveshafts seems to be doing fine.
