3" lift tire size

Default 3" lift tire size

i got a 99' dodge ram 1500 sport and i want a 3" lift and i was thinkin 35" tires...what width and what wheel would you guys recommed???

Three is not enough for 35's. I would say 285 0r 305 max with three inch lift. I have 16x8's with 285's on mine with around 4 inches. Looks good without being too crazy. 35's will kill your gear ratio and braking ability too.

i've seen plenty of stock (4x4) rams with 33' (285/75/16, 305/70/16) tires with no problem. in fact i'm getting some 285's for my stock rims soon when the money is good. i've seen 35's with three inches, i can't help you with the wheels though.
