Default clearance light power?

Getting ready to install some cab clearance lights....I found a post somewhere that said the power for them is on the passenger side "A" pillar. I looked tonight and can't find it. I searched and wasn't able to find anything about power for clearance lights. I have a 99 Quadcab 2500. Any help would be great!

Default RE: clearance light power?

That's what I ended up doing....good thing I remembered to make sure it was the marker light....first power wire I was going to use ended up being the interior power...kinda cool being able to dim the lights. I remembered to check before I spliced into the wire, so I found the right one and I really like the way the lights look on the truck.
