These come through the trip odometer.Just straight 3 digit codes. From my wanderings tonight, I found it "might" be the PCM. But my truck still runs and those i found online had stalling problems.
So if its my PCM, I'm in trouble. Factory parts are $726.00 and the Wrecking yard can only find one in Idaho and a couple in Montana. crap. So much for my Daily Driver.

When I was troubleshooting all this, I was turned on to a Diesel guy here in town. We hooked it up and all was well. Our thought was a connector came loose somehow/ somewhere. I took it home to start looking for bad connectors. ON MY WAY HOME, I pulled off the dash surround and tossed it into the back, looked at the road and back to my gauges and POOF, all were back to normal. Have been ever since. I spent some time looking around, but nothing was out of order. I just hope that it was a fluke and not a "timer trip" that another vehicle I had in the past had. SOME manufacturers have timers on their check engine lights to force you to take it to a mechanic at certain mileages. This tripped at EXACTLY 240,000 KM. (canadian built truck in Oregon). Made me think, because almost exactly 10km went by and it fixed itself.
