What would cause my wiper fuse to blow everytime I replace it, my ABS light to pop on and my Airbag light to pop on? I am in Upstate New York and it's cold as hell here and icey as hell........

 

make sure your wipers aren't frozen to the windshield and can move by themselves, then replace the wiper fuse. if it still pops, you have a short somewhere between the fuse and wipers...or you damage the wiper motor by trying to make them move while they were frozen.
