Default WATER PUMP PROBLEM

I am a complete newbie to dodge ram trucks but im working on one now and i am currently replacing the water pump. Problem is the pully is in the way of the final bolt holding it ll together. I noticed there are i think 3 or 4 small holes in the pully. Are these to take the pulley off? if not can someone help me out? the space in there is not large enough to get a wrench in and the pully is in the way of a socket and ratchet. thanks

I also had the holes...I jst took the entire thing out and then put the pump in a vise and get the fan off.
