i've never worked on mine but i've had the rear half of it replaced 2 or 3 times due to cracking, which was caused by a factory defect on the cover of it, they ground it off and it still leaks so i'm pretty sure its cracked again, right now my truck is in the shop getting a new rear end and the t-case is gettin looked over aswell, we'll see what they say about it now

I had some seeping from my lower seal, I took some RTV blackand made a seal on the outside 2 summers ago, hasnt leaked since. I notice the cases are prone to spider cracking but never had any actual leaks from it.
