well i just had my trans rebuilt and found double stacked clutchs in the front pack and a former tranny tech from my dealership said he as found that 6 out of every 10 rams with the 46re were that same way and thats the cause of most failures it killed my kickdown band,torqe converter, front clutch pack.....just something to think about.....thanks chrysler[&:]

why would they be built that way ? on purpose, accidental, or just some m/f saying.... watch this we'll f*** up a customer about 3 years from now.

it would seem like you would have a valid warranty claim, especially with your work done by a dodge tech, as ... not built to spec... oh, never mind, i must have been halucinating. gotta quit smoking those mushrooms.
