i have the rough country kit. im guessing that is has a drop pitman arm but dont know if it is big enough and i know that the transfer case has been dropped. im going to get new shocks anyway but i was hoping that someone on here has upgraded a suspension before and that they could tell me what they had to do.

I'd be changing the trackbar, contact Thuren fabrication for it. You'll need a drop pittman arm and you might consider a better steering setup. Driveshaft angle, brake lines...seriously, I'd scope out some other web sites before doing this, theres a lot of things involved in doing this type of lift correctly/safely.
