I can't help ya but i have the same question, mine is a 1999 5spdwith the 318 and i was kinda wondering if an automatic from a 1998 with the 360 would bolt up cuz i have one of these and the steeringcolumn, and my tranny makes a "gushing" noise when in 5th or coasting, doesn't seem to serious and fluid is good but it always makes me want to turn the radio up a little

Thats is a tough question, TF 727's came in all kinda of things, Dodge, Chrysler, International. The International's have a different bell housing than Chryslers, and I'm not sure if the bell housings used now are the same as used back then. If it did bolt up you'd have to probably buy a t-case adapter unless you plan on running a Dana20 or Dana300 t-case, which is actually an upgrade from the NP231HD in my opinion.

It would work probably but your CE light would be on all the time since the electric controled 46RE wouldn't be there...

a guy seems to be selling some mopar parts in my area just wondering heres what's in that ad just wondering if any would match up, it's 2wd so no t-case but it would have to be the same length to use the axle over. Also theres a posi axle for sale to how hard would it be to swap it out and anything to watch for. thanks

Mopar B & E body 833 4 Speed Transmission & Shifter
