Tranny Upgrade??
Hey Everyone,
I just bought a stock 98 1500 Quad Laramie 2WD with the 360 and stock auto tranny. I was wondering if there was a different, more beefy tranny I guess you would say, that will bolt up to drivetrain w'out any problems or any other major mods? Any info would be great. Also, I'm trying to find a 3" susp lift that'll fit the 2wd model, but I'm not having too much luck.

You can find the lifts at Rough Country i think; http://www.roughcountry.com/Dodge_Bodylifts.htm. As for the tranny, it wouldn't be a differend model, but if you look at the FAQ sticked at the top theres a link to a company that makes a bulletproof dodge transmission.
