Wanna deaden your doors.......heres how!! https://dodgeforum.com/m_722530/mpag.../tm.htm#722530
Ok, I'm REALLY SORRY, but this is NOT how to PROPERLY deaden your doors, or any other part of your truck for that matter. This is NOT a proper jobby any means. There are plenty of woops here, including materials used, speaker mounting, placement of deadener, etc.
Look, I'm not trying to poo poo your work or desire to do something cool with your truck, but PLEASE DO NOT say this is how to PROPERLY do this job. ANY deadening will have its benefits, but I'm sorry, I cannot stomache you saying this is a PROPER job, you didn't even deaden the insides of the door to create the enclosure, and you mounted your tweeters off axis, your using plastic as a filler, and silicone based caulk which will cause your doors to rust, among other things!! If you want to say this is how YOU did it, great, if you want to say this is one way of doing it, great, but a PROPER job, ummmmmmmmm............................
If anyone is looking to do deadening or professionally adding to your system, here are some references to consider:

There are TONS more out there, and PLEASE, give it a try and be proud of your work no matter what it is, but unless you've done your research and actually know what a Proper job is, please don't represent it as such, there are too many lazy people out there who don't know any better, and who will be really pissed when there doors rust out and vibrate like heck from using the wrong materials.
Ok, for some reason the last link isn't working, so its car audio dot com slash forum. Not sure why its being blocked out, but its a great reference nonetheless

I didnt deaden the inside of the door...???
Deadener in the wrong place?
Plastic as a filler? The acrylic..I said I dont reccomend it, but there is nothing wrong with using it.
The off axis tweeters sound fine....I will say the woofer would sound better not in the stock location, but I really didnt wanna hack up the panel....and it sounds fine in the stock location....
I didnt know the silicon will cause rust...it says waterproof rubber sealent.....but if that will cause rust it will be taken out..?
edit- If you would look in some of the stickies in the a/v section the deadener showdown is already linked.....

The RTV you used will only cause rust if it contains ascetic acid. Does it smell like vinegar? If so ... you don't want to use it on metal that easily corrodes. They make varieties of RTV that don't contain any of this.
