I just got done, 20 minutes ago, revamping my rear aux lights. They have always been fused, and relayed. They would come on with the reverse lights like you want them to. But today, I added another relay, and 2 diodes. I also installed a double pole, double throw, center off switch.
Now my setup is lights on with reverse, lights on at will, or no lights at all. And there is no feedback to the reverse lights if I illuminate the aux lights from the cab.
Another wiring masterpiece.LOL.
Good luck with ALL our rides.

radwebster- how did you decide on a computer fan? I'm guessing you would want a 12V DC fan? I like your idea with the switch panel box and am looking at doing the same thing, but with a "project box" from radio shack. Thxs
