ok i have the 1500 stock axles on my 97...d44 front, 8.25 rear...now what am i able to tow with that...i wanna have a decent enough trailer in order to pull my firebird...yet i dont want a trailer just large enough to fit the car...how heavy or big of a trailer can i tow with my truck...??

the other question is i put in a set of the fog light bumper plastic pieces but when i have them mounted in...they dont really wanna sit very flush...any help gettin them to sit flush...im gonna be rhino lining my bumpers this summer would it be just best to wait til then i cover them as well and just not worry about fixing the sittin flush problem?

 

check out the GVWR on the driver's side door jamb, that should tell you everything about towing trailers.

 

i know that but what are rough estimates on trailer weights? any idea?...i already know the tow limit...i guess i didnt need to really as that[:@]
