Default fuel problem

ok, i completley cleaned my throttle body and components to the t. idle is still low, but the engine doesn't cut off. that's an improvement. i got code P1297 Manufacturer Control Fuel and Air Metering. does anyone know what causes this? now i get code P0108 MAP/BARO Circuit High Input. It feels and sounds like my engine is getting uneven fuel mixtures. the engine stops reving around 3500RPM's, but after a few seconds it increases. it sounds like it red-lines at 3500 but just for a few seconds. anyone ever had this happen? thanks!

yeah, i did that. is there anything special you have to do before you install it? it just goes straight in, it only rotates one way, so i imagine it can't be installed wrong. maybe the computer got fried.

it all started after i got a whole lot of muddy water under the hood. i figured something shorted. i replaced the tps, and it's idling between 1500 and 2500 rpm's.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal for 10 minutes or so. Some people say you have to turn the key to the "Start" position for a little bit but I've never done it that way. After you hook the - terminal back up it should take a couple hundred miles for the computer to relearn your truck and driving habits.

Then retune your radio pre-sets ... [:@]
