hmmm..... you are tempting me because that should be a nice noticable gain....
LOL, this might push you off the fence the rest of the way,,,,,,,,,,,
MPG increase with the MP PCM almost made up for the extra cost of premium gas (if you can keep your foot out of it)

Is there any way to tell if you a MP PCM installed already?

I bought a used '99 sport w/ a 5.9, and I am not sure if the computer is stock or not.

Would there be a benifit of getting the Mopar Performance PCM for my 99 5.2 with a 5 speed? Would I have to goto the dealership to get this done? Whats the cost for it.

Whats the internet site to go to for the Mopar PMC????
And besides the top speed I would not go over 90-95mph with all-terrain or mud terrain tires. They're already bounchy at normal speeds

i find 170kph (~107mph) is fast enough under any circumstance, especially on a country road, if you're doing that speed, imagine what you'll look like after hitting that stray cow that jumps out infront of you, or a logging truck coming around a blind corner.

My 98 318 gets to about 95 and tops out. I don't care though. Probably burnt up a quarter tank getting there.
