Need Help- column shifter snapped

I have a 2001 Ram 1500. Well, when I was putting my truck into park the whole arm snapped off. I'm not talking the plastic arm, but the metal part where itattachesto the column. If anybody had experience with this please let me know how difficult it is to change it.Thanks..........
