2000 Ram

Thinking about buying this one its a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 quad 4x4. Paint is red but looks shaded in some spots, wondering if it has damage before and repainted. Anyone have access to carfax to check if for me? Vin# 1B7HF13Y51J288294
