Intake plenum gasket

RE: Intake plenum gasket
Where do I get this Hughes kit. I followed the advice of one of the members when my engine started to idle a little rough during warm up and I heard the knocking during hard acceleration. I was told to get a flas light and open my throttle body plates and look inside the plenum for any signs of oil. I did that and sure enough there was some on the passenger side only about an inch wide. It wasn't runny but dried on. This post is a big help but I need to get this kit(s) that everyone is talking about. Thanks!

Go to http://www.hughesengines.com/, the kit is great! I just put mine in last weekend, i can't see how people take a few days for this change, If your limber enough don't bother taking the fan shroud out, you can damn near climb into that engine bay. Took me 6 hours straight, that is including putting on my new cold air intake. The longest part was scraping the old gasket material off. But yeah hughes is the best, they have some staright up stuff there.

Thanks the website was informative. I no longer have a fan shroud or fan blade, I replaced it with a Flex-A-Lite prt # 294 dual electric fanwith thermostat control. So now whenever I work on my engine I stand infront inside the engine bay on the bar that runs across to each wheel at the bottom.
