Here's an old post from year 2000 that might be of value.
please feel free to post additional vehicles.
it is a shame that all half ton pickups don't continue to use the 5 on 5.5 wheel bolt pattern so that you can lend another pickup brand owner your spare, or vice versa. Isn't it a shame that our grandfathers could agree on such things (and on standard AA, C, D batteries) and now every wheel and every laptop battery is special and only available from dealers?

Here is a partial list of vehicles that have used wheels with the 5 on 5.5
bolt pattern like that on the current 1500 series Dodge Ram half ton
pickups.
Please post any other vehicles you know of, and check the list for errors.
If anyone knows centerhole sizes and/or backspacing, please post that too.
In addition, does anyone know if the 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern rear axles or
front spindles on 1993-2000 Grand Cherokees would fit the 1500 series Ram
pickups, or are they too short?

Not really revivant, but I noticed somebody in that post wants to go to 5 on 4.5. Why the hell would you want to do that?! Shame these trucks are 5 lug and not 6 imo, and making it a smaller pattern is even worse.
And to answer his question fron 7 years ago, no, they won't fit
GC's have a Dana30 front, nothing from a 44 will switch over.
And anyways who the heck things of something this minute so in depth? "Our grandfathers could agree" blah blah blah. Comparing todays wheel patterns to our grandfathers decisions? Sorry [sm=rant.gif]
