When I am at a complete stop, and in Drive, I hear a grinding type noise, that goes away if I take my foot off the brake and accellerate, or if I put the gear selector in Neutral.

If I idle in Neutral, it doesn't make the noise, just when I am stopped and in Drive.

What could the problem be?
