Default Tranny problems!

Can someone help me identify these parts found in my transmission pan today the tranny seems to be working ok but after finding these I am not so sure and I really dont know what to do. One of the parts was sticking the shift mechanism but after removing it, it was shifting again, do I refill with oil and run it or does it have to come out thanks in advance Colin.

Default RE: Tranny problems!

I found parts in my pan last week. I took them to a shop and the mechanic told me they looked like part of a snap ring that holds the friction plates in. I wish I could help you with yours. I put mine back together. I'm just going to run mine till it dies and get a jasper transmission when this one goes.
