Default cam swap ?

well the power is still not where i want it to be,yet. still lacking down low. i am wanting to do a cam swap only. not wanting to change the rockers and all the stuff, just the cam. can someone lead me down the right path on which one to purchase. if i do a cam swap am i going to have to change anything else, like the computer? i donnt want to. just the cam. a link to a cam would be much appreciated. and what kind of gains could i see?

I would contact Comp Cams and tell them your truck and your wants/needs. They will either give you the number of a catalog cam or they will custom grind a cam for you.
