exactly what i was looking for, thank you, i think i'm gonna go with the autolites

 

let me tell you something, i used Mopar chamion copper plugs, and they worked way better than the E3's...i will from now on only use Mopar plugs in mine due to the difference in my ignition

 

It's hard to say. People will say Autolites or others. I tired autolites and it caused my truck to run rough. Switched back to E3's and it was smoother. It's kind of trial and error with plugs.

 

well the guy who wrote the performance mod sticky found a dyno proven 5-7 hp gain with the cold range autolites.... they are kinda hit or miss quality now they they are from Mexico or Taiwan...or was it china?..(Honeywell the guys that own fram, own them now and moved everything overseas).. Anyway I think they were tested with a fairly stock motor on the dyno so..

 

Champion RC12YC or, equivalent. I have used Autolite for everything I've ever owned, and never had one issue, and they last a very long time. I'm currently using Autolite 3923 and they work very, very, well. They are cheap also!

 

see now I had issues with some having the electrode or whatever ist called so far off center the gap was messed up I went through two sets and combined the good ones of the bunch and those worked well though..when I pulled the original set out they were the same part # but said made in usa on them and the electrode were all dead center so I chalked it up to cheaper manufacturing since the new plugs said Taiwan on them.(this was in my vw)....I currently have the hotter autolite plugs in mine now po changed them just before I bought the truck...I plan on going with the 3923's

 

just bought :champion platinums # 3436 : i had champion truck plugs , should i run these or return for diff ones before i install them?

 

most seem to not have good luck with platniums in our magnums...you could try them...but I'd say they are not worth the extra $$ in this case..
