Default fuel problem after plenum fix

I just replaced my plenum and all the injector rings, stat, wires, cap, rotor, and i put it all back together and now I cant get it to start at all.It doesnt seem to be getting fuel. no pressure on the fuel rail. it also shows 4 flashes on the odometer and then show a NO Bus code on the odometer. the truck ran before the install so please help me if you can. do i need to bleed the fuel line or anything?? also my gauges are not working. lights come on but cant tell how much gas or anything like that. The truck started and ran before i did the fix. i followed purple dodges plenum fix to the T

Ground wire? Check all electrical connections espcially near the PCM. I would look at all the ground connections as well as that it what it sounds like to me. Bleeding the fuel line is as simple as cycling the key and depressing the schrader valve on the fuel rail until you get a constant stream of fuel, but it would attempt to fire if there was air in the fuel rails.

Really sounds like a ground foul up though especially being that it was running before the repairs. Let us know what you find

I have checked everything 3 times and nothing. I did the air bleed but still no fuel to the fuel rail. can i use starting fluid on it in the throttle bodY?? this really frustrates me. why will my gauge needles not move? the lights all show up it showes codes 91 98 99 on the odometer

Have you tried completly disconnecting the battery(disconnecting the neg and pos) and letting the PCM drain (electrically speaking)... I would say for about 20 minutes? Connect everything back and seeing if the PCM doesn't get it's act together?

From what you have done, there is no reason that it shouldn't run unless you accidently disconnected a harness or dropped a ground wire.

no, you don't need to bleed the fuel line.
and no, there's no reason to use starting fluid. you'll need fuel pressure for it to run.

the no bus is either a missing ground, or a shorted out sensor, or a pcm problem.
check the group of grounds at the power steering bracket, and i think? the block and/or heads.

you can unplug sensors to test for a sensor being shorted out. you can unplug them all, and then plug them back in one at a time.

check into the ASD (auto shutdown system). its likely killing power to the fuel pump.

NO BUS you have a loose connection, a broken wire or blown fuse or bad relay. Your PCM isn't getting the signal to your dash and other various parts. Check your crank position sensor I'll put a link below this from someone else that had the same problem. But it might be a bare wire grounding out or pinched upon reassembly.
