5.9, summit shortys, spectre cai, stock exhaust and muffler, single 16 inch electric fan hypertech tuner on 87 tune, sitting on 33's, i was getting between 14-15 mpg at 70mph and i took my protech tool box out of my truck too that was 200lbs with everything in it. yeah i couldnt believe it made that big of a difference.

That is impressive. I would like to see 14-15mpgs!!! I am around 10mpg, but I am running the 4.56 gears with the little 265 r16 tires along with the cam and all the other things. I have just added the electric fan to mine as well but I haven't been able to check the mileage yet (I can't afford to fill it up!). I am hoping a little taller tire may help a little too...

I'm with you trucklover...I was hoping all the mods (below) would get me to 15 but only seeing 13 or so. One of the other members suggested running 91 octane on the performance tune and so far I'm seeing an improvement.
