Wet drivers floor

leaks from the rear stop light
The middle stop light, the one right above the back window, is known to be leaky. A little rain once in a while is all it takes to keep the drivers side floor wet... yes, the water leaks from there to the drivers side floor. Known problem.
My driver's side floor used to be constantly wet. I removed the stop light and used some rtv sealant to create a watertight seal.
It took a while for the floor to dry. I helped it some (carefully) with a heat gun.
My floor has been dry all through the spring, and we get some serious rain here in April-June...
