Default I have given up doing performance mods ....

.... to this truck. The throttle body was the last straw for me after I couldnt get it to work. I have taken it off and listed it for sale in hopes to recover some of my money. The throttle body gave awesome throttle response, but the idle issue irritated the hell out of me. Now, Im paying off the truck and going for a Hemi. I dont understand why aftermarket support is so limited for the 4.7s. Sorry, I had to get his off my chest.

I do love my truck. Ill just stick to polishing and waxing it, and that will have to be good. Im throwing new tires on it next week so Im pretty excited for that.

For the TB, Im asking 200. I paid 230 with shipping and keeping the core. I cant really drop my pants any farther. Basically, if you wanted to do a Fastman directly from Dan, it will cost you 200 and you wont get to keep your stock TB. $180 + $10 shipping from Dan, plus $10 shipping to ship your old core back. I wanted to keep the stock TB so when I sold the truck I could return it to stock. The throttle body only shows some wear from being bolted on.

The last one had the same problem, and I sold it for $40. The guy is going to be putting it on his truck soon to let me know how it works out. I think I may go get my truck's PCM flashed at the dealer with the Fastman on to see if that works. Or do you think I should go get the engine smoke tested to look for vacuum leaks? I have about $150 that I can spend. I highly doubt this issue resides in the TB. What ever the problem is, it much be small enough that the factory TB can cover it up.
