tailgate protector?
Oh dont worry guys, Ill be parting everything out (If I just dont get another Dakota with less miles) but the only problem is the spoiler has to stay. Its screwed in to the tailgate on both sides, so there would be holes left in there.
But you should just spend the $80; it adds alot to the back of the truck. Its a "bang for your buck" mod. Plus, you can make your truck look like an 08+ from the rear end

Can we start making dibs on your aftermarket parts?
Well I am getting an itch to get a new vehical .... but I won't before spring. If I can resist the temptation, I should keep it until its completly paid off in 2 years. Lol. Either way, there aren't too many parts so the list won't be too long. Blown on the other hand ......
I got it after I was rear ended so the body shop installed it. However, if your looking to do it yourself; probably moderate level of difficulty. Its held on by screws on both sides, so youll have to tap them in to the sheet metal. Not exactly something a person who doesnt know what they are doing, should do. Line it up, drill some pilots and set the screws. If your comfortable with that, then youre good to go.
For reference, this is the stuff you want, they also have some stuff labeled as "Nuts n Bolts" that I think will work just as well:

Nice Truck Hammond, I like the taillights but wonder how they would look on a silver truck.
Thanks! I got them from a guy who bought them new from his dealer, they were in sealed Mopar boxes..for whatever reason, he decided not to use them. He sold them to me for $100.00 shipped to my door!
I think they would look good on a silver truck.
