Unhappy to trade or not to trade.....

ok guy's.... i got a tough decision to make.... a friend of mine has 06 mega cab CTD, laramie, pretty big lift, around 8" or maby a little more, new 38x14.5x20 toyo m/t's, one of my bumpers, and an exhaust... he has had some issues with the steering but all has been fixed, he needs something for his new wife and newborn to drive in, he wants me to return it too stock, but we started talkin about a straight trade as we both owe about the same ammount, he has close to 100k, yet my baby only has 14k.... i would b returning the dak completely back to stock except for the lift..... man this is a tough decision

here are pics i have...

i know the pain my heart skipped a beat when they told me what mine was worth.... that being said there isnt a day that goes by i dont miss my dak its nice having the full size but, there is something to be said about the mid size. i still have issues backing the ram into parking stalls and my work truck is about 20000kgs bigger back that pig up no issues. its a tough call i guess what you need to ask is it worth the time and sweat and probably blood invested into the dak to make the trade?? sorry nt much help i know

That Ram is sick but that mileage difference is a pretty big deal too.

It's up to you. Do you want to go through the hassle of swapping over vehicles and the paperwork? BTW: How is the house stuff going?

if you do decide to trade, how much do you want for both the front and rear bumper from the dak?

I say trade the CTD with only 100k isn't really bad it's a diesel they run forever if you take care of them.
