The three you chose are:
KMC Surge
Ultra Maverick
American Racing Mainline
Now if you like the surge, there are a few other styles from other brands like that, such as these:

For the Maverick and Mainline, they are pretty unique.
I personally like the Maverick more than the Mainline. Here's a picture of the 20" chrome Mavericks on a truck, just picture a dakota, the black, and a lower profile tire

The thing about the Mainline, is that it's a wheel that is flush with the lip, meaning it doesn't really "dish" in at all. I like the more dished look. But it's about what you like.
Here's the Mainline 20" with a tire, I couldn't find 20s on a vehicle.

There are a few Dakotas with the Ram 20"s on them, here's the machined ones and some chrome ones.
The first guy has 45 series tires, and Eric, a forum member, I think is using 40 series on his, You can do a 50 series too with very minor trimming, I like my 50s.

Ram 20's have the perfect offset, and 265/50/20 should fit without trimming.

The deep offroad dish look would need 0 or -12. That will need quite a bit of trimming of the inner fender and mudflap. More so if you do for a bigger tire, a leveling kit is a must to minimize that trimming.
Our standard offset is already pretty good for the mild "dished" look, Find a 9 inch or 8.5 inch at +18 (is the most common, it's an aftermarket ram offset basically) in the style you like, but try to find google images of the wheel you like, preferably in the size you want, and even more so on a ram or dakota with the right offset.
for reference, ram 20s are 9 inch +19
Most aftermarkets for them with stock look are +18.
Dakotas stock offset is one inch, or +25.4.. @ 8 inch
we have to use ram aftermarket wheels, which is ok because the offset is pretty close.
You can go from +13 to +30 with basically no trimming with a stock diameter tire.
Like dakotaff said, Ram 20s are perfect, he's got one of the nicest leveled trucks on the forums

Looking at KMC XD Rockstar 2 17 x 8 has an offset of 10mm and trying to compare the difference in the stock chrome clad aluminum rim will it stick out more? trying to figure out the offset on a stock rim is like impossible on my slt with 17 inch option think its a 38 or 37 from a previous forum and trying to figure it out any help would be much appreciated.
