Between the two of us, we'll have the two trims that should have been available from the factory to begin with lol. Though a diesel powered mid-size would have been an industry leading move for Dodge..

I cant wait to see some pics and videos of the final thing.

What does your trailer hookup look like?

I will try to get some Video before we leave.
5th wheel hitch is just a standard unit on a slider.

Bump becasue it is Awesome!, and How long and wide was the box under the back seat, I keep thinking it would be nice to have somewhere inside to put my hitch and jumpercables.

I really think that is an idea that should have stayed, FYI the 1st gen dakotas had a system somewhat like that, pretty slick.

Friggen Diamlier.

I really like what you have done here. How does this thing handle the British Columbia mountain passes now?

We spent the last two days towing our 5th wheel over the Rockies.
It has the power but did start to overheat if I pushed it over 110kph.
I tried to find a rad shop in Calgary today that could build me a larger rad but no luck.
I'm off to Saskatoon in the morning where a shop says they can build one in a day and get me back on my cross country holiday fast.
Other than that it pulls nice, not a tire smoker but enough to do the job.

Yea, I know but it was pouring rain and cold.
I'm hoping the next six weeks across Canada and then back through Northern US are going to be WARM! ;>)

Oooh... ok, gotcha. I was thinking it was in the 70-80s like it has been here. Being hot when its cold and raining is definitely a cooling issue.

If you were here in the town-that-fun-forgot today, you would get to see +44 C (111.4 F) with the Humidex. That will help you test your A/C and your cooling system!

Supposed to be cooler by next week though (25C or so), so still pleasant.

Safe trip!
