Misfire
The 3.8 feed isn't a ton of work to do a Hg on. Its not ohc or anything.
Pull valve covers/injectors fuel rail, loosen valve springs enough to turn them so you can get the push rods out, loosen head bolts... pull bad gasket and put new one on... reverse. Without air tools, it could take a few hours, with air its a pretty quick job.

I lack the time and the desire to tear a motor apart. I put it on CL and sold it in 2 days for $100 less than I paid for it. I'm could have done it myself but the wife said she would pay for another one so I was like bazinga.
