I have a full set of lenses, Headlight, tail light, and third brakelight/cargo light lense.

They haven't been on my truck since about 2008ish.

One question I'm sure going to be asked is, how much? I don't know. What is the value for a full set? I don't know what these are worth to anyone, or if they are worth anything to anyone. So besides going to the stealership for a 'New' price, I'm not sure how else to figure out what to ask for them.

I don't need them as I am moving to a smaller place and won't have the room. I figure if I get into an accident, the truck will be totaled anyway, so I won't need to save them for that.

So shoot me an offer. Qualified answer. Any assistance.

I'll get pictures and repost in the Parts section. Of course, I'll have to clean 4 years of dust off them. I just figured because these were Dakota specific that there would be a Parts section just for Dakotas

Someone will probably move your thread over there anyways so don't worry about it. But they will lock it until you have real pictures of the items, even if it's OEM stuff that everyone knows what it looks like anyways.

I am thinking of doing some custom LEDs and I am just about in the market for a set of tails to cut up.. I'll sleep on it and shoot you an offer in the morning.

I still have zero idea of what to ask for them. Replacement value is probably over $600, but as these are used, that is why I ask.

 

Here are some prices for new that I've found.

New Tail lights (each), $23 each value, $32 certified.
---$25 each new at Rockauto.
Or $30 shipped, new on Ebay each.

Dakota Tail lights
Maybe ask $30 for the set.(?)

New Headlights (each), $89 value, $105 certified, $95 black night runner style.
---$80 each new at Rockauto.
I've seen them usually for about $50 each used.

Dakota Headlights
I'd ask $50 each, $90 for the set.(?)

3rd brake light, you can get an LED for a little over $100, so ask $40/$50. Not usually an item for sale, so who really knows.
