Default The Just Washed the Truck Thread

well..just spent a decent amount of time washing my truck and used some new products that I bought awhile ago but have not been able to use due to the rain of the last couple weeks. I am lame and always take pictures after a good washing and figured this would be a good place for all of us to post pics of our clean Daks. Seems like a good idea to me

Then your doing it wrong. Also clay bars are really only used if you do not wax your truck every other day like yourself.

Lookin' good!!!

I did mine today, full clay-bar, wash, paint polish and then wax. Did the wheels too. Started at about 9 am and just got done (about 6 pm). I used all products one of our sponsors was nice enough to send me around Christmas time in a "care package". One of the percs for being an admin, I guess...

Looking good, I wish it would stop raining already. Every damn day!

But isn't the 3rd Gen Dakota photo thread already here?

thanks guys. Haven't tried that clay bar yet..I used Mother's wash and wax on my paint and then Mother's Instant Detailer after it dried..some new Turtle Wax plastic restorer on door handles, mirrors, and tonneau and Black Magic's new tire WAX which IMO was a little too thick and I prefer the gel they make..By the way, the 20's will be on the truck in June. Also, relocated spare tire to the bed the other day as you can see in the pic. Yeah the photo thread is a good place for new members to show off their rides, but I think this thread is good for us who have that clean truck OCD and wash once every week or two. Good place to recommend detailing products to eachother as well!
