3rd Gen Dakota MPG
Hey guys didn't see a thread for this already so made a new one, looking to possibly downsize in the near future, wondering what the 4.7 HO (prefferably '08-'11) engines are getting for mileage, all info appreciated, thanks!
please list:
Cab type
Year
Motor
Axle/gear ratio
% of city/highway driving
Tire size
Lift height
please list:
Cab type
Year
Motor
Axle/gear ratio
% of city/highway driving
Tire size
Lift height
The 08+ has no HO engine option, and there are numerous threads on mpg's here.

do you run 89 or 91 octane? I know the 08+ is more efficient. I average about 16 but I do mostly highway.. oh well!
Run 91, with 89 it gets 1 less mpg. Just another advantage of more power on tap.
