Do you all want to hear some sweet 4.7 turbo sounds?
thanks kjpark, turbos are very addictive. Dak, my dad saw that I wanted to get a Go Pro and bought me this ATC Mini? for Christmas. He really cant tell most electronics apart lol. But for what it is,its a pretty good camera.
Here is another video I shot doing a couple of small burnouts:
Next, i want to get a video at the dyno...

Yes, limited slip. And yes I believe 3.55 is the correct final ratio. This thing could definitely benefit from some new gears.

I like it but have a few questions MitsuRaider....
Why did you end up going with the full EMS standalone system VS something like an AEM F/IC 8 piggyback? I just finished putting a turbo on my 2010 Mazda5 and used an AEM piggyback solution for tuning and it was pretty simple. A turbo on my 2011 Dakota is my next task and was planning on using the same AEM F/IC solution for that also. Was there something about it you found incompatible? Cost is about half of the EMS option.
I know you don't have inspections any longer in south Florida (the part I miss about living there). I have to worry about that here in Georgia now. The AEM basically intercepts the injector output and alters the pulse width. It can either run in a tap or intercept for items like MAP, crank, cam and other inputs. It does a decent job of skewing the O2 signal under boost so the factory ECU doesn't lean it back out and I have a code free, OBD ready car to pass emission checks. Driveability is near perfect. It can also pull timing.
Was curious if you found somethign about it that will not work before I go buying stuff or wiring in a solution that has a known problem.
Thanks,
