Hey Thanks C-Burger (just saw your reply to my query). Have had a busy week, but I did finally get an email from them. Was told first step is to find my old order number...pretty sure I still got the invoice in my "Truck Stuff" file, hopefully this weekend I can find it and get the ball rolling. Honestly, brakes feel decent after getting new calipers and ceramic pads...but my rotors are starting to look like crap (especially as I clean up more and more of other rusted parts). Hope it ends up being as simple as you said.
