Default My 2011 Dakota is a Dodge, not a Ram

Is anyone else annoyed that parts and accessory outlets list your 2011 Dodge Dakota as a Ram?

Parts sites have updated. There are no more Dodge trucks. They are Ram trucks. Guess it is retroactive. Not someting I get annoyed about.

It's not a Dodge. It's a Chrysler.

Actually Fiat now. But that's the new ones. Yes, back then, Chrysler made Dodge.

Technically, 2010s and up are RAM branded whereas 2009 and down are Dodge branded. It's also why you don't see the RAM head logo/emblem on Dodge branded vehicles anymore. Here's some history: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ram_Trucks

Huh. I figured calling the Dakota a Chrysler would cause some butthurt. But noone even cared about calling it a Fiat.

Huh, I don't see any butthurt. Just a couple people expressing their own views.
